Hey there, I'm Shyla! I would like to welcome you to LLJJ Creations/Teaching Tidbits with Mrs. J. As a child, many people I encountered would say I was going to be a teacher. I had a passion for reading and art like no other. As an adult, my passion for these two grew stronger and led me to my purpose - helping you! I enjoy designing and providing research based activities and support for parents and their preschoolers.  I believe that each child is an unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is my desire as an educator/mother to help students and my children meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing tools and resources that foster positive early childhood development.
